Subhasis Roy has over 25 years of healthcare industry experience as a healthcare banker/advisor and as a biopharmaceutical company leader. Currently, he is a consultant to several Swiss biopharmaceutical companies. Previously, he was CEO/COO of Novaremed, a clinical stage private Swiss biopharmaceutical company developing pain therapeutics. Prior to his operating roles within biopharmaceutical industry, he was Managing Partner and co-founder of Sirius Healthcare Partners, a healthcare advisory boutique providing advice and transaction support to emerging healthcare companies. Prior to Sirius, he was a healthcare banker at various Investments Banks (UBS, HSBC, DKB), where he advised pharma and life sciences companies and executed numerous financing and M&A transactions. Subhasis holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, NC, USA and Masters’ and Bachelors’ degrees in Commerce from University of Mumbai, India.
